Rachael Finch says she ‘feels like herself again’ after having her breast implants removed after having her breasts done aged 17
Rachael Finch has revealed her decision to remove her breast implants.
The former Miss Universe Australia 2009 had her breasts done when she was just 17 after feeling pressure from the pageant circuit and the modeling industry.
Speaking to Body + Soul magazine, the 33-year-old said: “I feel like I’m really myself.”

The mother-of-two also said that since having her implants removed she was “the most satisfied, comfortable and happy” she had ever felt in her entire life.
“When I was younger, I was very attached to my appearance,” she admitted.
“As I got older and matured, having children and becoming a woman, I realized that my looks didn’t define me.”
Last year, Finch revealed his story of “calorie restriction and overtraining”.
Posting an Instagram photo of herself in a restaurant with her dancer husband Michael Miziner, she wrote: “Once upon a time it was all about counting calories. Restrictive portions, over-training and rejected intuition”.

“Not everything is perfect now, but it’s a thousand times better than it was. And it comes down to a few things,” she continued.
The mother-of-two went on to list the catalysts for changing her mindset.
‘1. Holistic health education and commitment to a mind, body, soul approach. Always, she began.
‘2. Bio-individuality. Understanding that we are all different machines and my body requires different treatment to the other,” she continued.
‘3. Tap into intuition and gently surrender to something that may feel uncomfortable at first.
‘4. The man at the other end of the table than me, she concluded.
