When host Karan Johar Vijay asked Deverakonda about the close-knit Telugu film industry and asked the Liger star to share if he ever felt alienated as an outsider in the Telugu industry, Vijay said, “It’s definitely not easy to break in if you are a stark outsider with absolutely no access to the industry It makes it much harder to become alienated I don’t know if I would say that Basically my thoughts on this are the world isn’t fair We’re not all born with the same financial status, we were not born the same height, with the same looks or with the same physical abilities and I had never blamed or disliked anyone for being born of a wealthy father, maybe I struggled to pay the rent to someone who was born in the industry. It’s not her fault or the fault of a star child that they were born to an acting parent”.

He added his thoughts and said: “Someday I will have a child who will be born in a family, it has nothing to do with him and the world is never fair to anyone, in any way, it is always uneven, you just have to work your ass off to get where you want, if you want.”

“There are benefits to being born a star child, but I wouldn’t change anything about my journey. I am very grateful for every insult, every hardship and every obstacle I have encountered in my life,” he stated on Koffee With Karan 7 .

On the work front, Vijey Deverakonda will next be seen in Liger opposite Ananya Panday and Kushi alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
