Helen and her family looked in high spirits as they soaked up the sun at the Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa.

Charlie looked adorable in pineapple-patterned swim shorts as his parents adored him on the getaway.

Their exit comes after last week Helen said she felt “very emotional” at the prospect of no longer breastfeeding her one-year-old son Charlie.

The star took to her Instagram page on Saturday detailing her year-long journey breastfeeding her youngest child, while sharing a photo of herself breastfeeding.

The TV personality opened up candidly to her million subscribers, giving an honest account of how the trip helped her mentally and physically, while detailing what she missed.

She wrote: ‘1 year feeding you my precious baby boy.

‘I’m not sure when our feeding journey will end…I think I’m going to continue breastfeeding all summer…I think it’s a comfort to him with his teething…it’ is great for quiet flying him.

‘I love breastfeeding as I love bonding (I know you can bond with your babies in so many ways)[sic]

“I love that it’s just something I can do and my baby just needs me. It’s probably my last baby and I want to soak it all up. I feel very emotional at the thought of quitting.

Helen described how the bonding experience benefited her in her own life as well. She said: ‘My hormones are stable when I’m breastfeeding and I like having no periods or pms.

‘Although I miss it… Being able to have more alone time with Scott. Being alone (not for a long time I guess, just having more freedom) Being able to take the girls alone for a one and a trip.

She concluded by joking, “I would say having perky boobs but that’s long gone now.”
