Grand National 2022: Win a share of £5,000 in our FREE-TO-PLAY sweepstake game!

To mark the 174th running of the globally renowned Randox Health Grand National on Saturday 9th April, Racing TV are giving you the chance to win a share of £5,000 with their free-to-play sweepstake game.

Unlike most traditional sweepstakes, Racing TV have put YOU in control, giving players the ability to change their randomly allocated horse up to three times!

The £5,000 prize pot will be split between players who pick the winning horse along with correctly predicting the winning distance (the distance between the first and second horse as the winner passes the finishing post).

Tapes go up for the 2022 Grand National at 5.15p on Saturday as the 40 runners set off on their four-mile, two and a half furlong journey that sees them jump 30 of the toughest fences in the sport.

Just 12 months ago, Rachael Blackmore rode her way into the history books by becoming the first female jockey to win the Grand National. Backmore steered Minella Times to an emphatic six and a half length success at 11/1 but that team have a decidedly tougher task this time around off a 15lb higher mark.

Last year’s third-placed horse, Any Second Now, didn’t get the best of luck on the way round that day and he’s been popular in the market in the build up to this year’s renewal. He’s a rock-solid each-way contender.

However, the gamble of the 2022 Grand National is grey mare Snow Leopardess who is now challenging for favouritism having been a 20/1 chance at the end of last week. Snow Leopardess has already won around Aintree this season and she’s an unusual candidate for such a big race because she is actually a mum!
