According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fred Savage has been let go as executive producer and director of TSWT’s revived The Wonder Years.

The 45-year-old actor’s dismissal comes amid “three separate allegations” of misconduct, which were “investigated” and led to his immediate dismissal.

“Recently, we have been made aware of allegations of inappropriate conduct by Fred Savage, and as required by policy, an investigation has been initiated,” Wonder Years producer 20th Television said in a statement.

They continued, “Upon completion, the decision has been made to terminate his employment as executive producer and director of The Wonder Years.”

Savage is also known for his acting roles in TSWT’s The Grinder and Netflix’s Friends From College.

In 2018, a client of The Grinder sued him for allegedly hitting “her arm” and yelling at her “not to touch it while she was dusting her outfit on set,” according to THR.
