Boxing tonight: TV channels, live streams, start times and fight cards

Luis Ortiz and Charles Martin will welcome in the New Year with a big heavyweight fight on pay-per-view tonight.

The hard-hitting duo will take to the ring in Florida in the early hours of Sunday morning in a bout that should set up a world title eliminator with Filip Hrgovic for next year.

It’s the first big professional fight of the year, and could set up a fascinating 12 months in the heavyweight division as promoters and fighters look to ease up the log jam at the top of the weight class.

Martin, a former world champion who has faced Anthony Joshua, is a massive underdog against Ortiz, who twice almost defeated Deontay Wilder.

They are both looking at their last shot at getting back to the top of the division, and a loss for either could spell retirement.

In the co-main event, Christian Hammer is back in the ring after his loss to Hughie Fury to face up-and-comer Frank Sanchez.
