Seema and Zed’s chance meeting comes after she drives Carrie to Greenpoint to help Miranda and Nya paint a women’s shelter.

Carrie is surprised to see that Steve has come to help. Miranda tells him, “We were going to do this as a family, and we’re still a family.”

As they all team up – and Miranda is left without a partner – a huge white limo pulls up and Charlotte jumps in with her children, her friend Lisa Todd Wexley and her own offspring.

Charlotte – who is wearing an all-white jumpsuit – enthusiastically greets Nya and Lisa tells her she’d like to take pictures for fundraising purposes, moments after Miranda mocked her for using her as ” op Instagram”.

Nya and her musician Andre’s differing opinions on parenthood resurface during the day, as he spots Lisa’s husband, Herbert, adoring his children as they paint the wall.

Andre points out the sweet moment to his wife but she seems uninterested, before he tells her she’s “killing the vibe”. As he storms out, Nya turns to Miranda and says, “Before three years ago, this man wouldn’t notice if someone left a crying baby in his guitar case.
